You’re an experience that often eludes me in the hustle of everyday life. So, this is my attempt at being present in your presence.

It’s a promise to stop and smell the roses.
To feel the sun on my skin.
To relish the presence of your many inhabitants.
A promise to not only bear witness to your divinity, but to be your steward.
To do my part to care for you, protect you, and advocate for you.
You have given much but received so little. It’s time for that to change.
HVNLYGAZE is where I let awe and compassion guide the lens. It’s where a firefly becomes a celestial being, a flower becomes a cathedral, litter becomes a call to action.
